Working Principle

It works using compressed air for controlling the movement of the Gate, this is designed for cutting through thick fluids and slurries.

1.     Actuation: the pneumatic actuator which is within the valve system, uses compressed air to move the piston and stem mechanism

2.     Opening: when the actuator is supplied with the compressed air, it pushes the piston, and then turns the gate to rise. This mechanism opens the valve and allows the fluid to pass through it.
